We ship next business day.
We ship USPS Priority Mail because it is fast and insured. If for some reason you are overcharged for your shipping we will refund the overage.
We do not usually accept returns. If there is a problem please contact us within two days of receiving your order. Paint cannot be returned. If you must return an item other than a paint product it must be unopened condition. You must pay the return postage.
If your receive a damaged product let us know within 24 hours of the item being delivered. We will file a damage report with the post office. Please keep the packaging and take photos of the damage for your records and for the report filing.
If we have inventory available we will reship a replacement if not we will refund you. We must have the photos and the package to prove the damage to the post office. Without that we cannot replace or refund you. Email photos and your name, address and order number to GoodsonVintageTreasures@gmail.com .
We will not replace frozen paint or paint products. Track your paint orders and be sure not to allow them to sit outside during freezing temps.
